On August 28th, the National Quality Management Promotion and the 40th Anniversary of the China Quality Association was held at Beijing International Convention Center. Good news came from the conference: ZTT was awarded with National Quality Award, top honor in China's quality field. Xue Jiping, the chairman, received the trophy and certificate from Bi Kaichun, the inspector of Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and Jia Fuxing, the president of China Association for Quality, marking that ZTT achieved substantial results for active promotion of excellent performance management model, and laying solid foundation for further achievement of higher quality development.
The National Quality Award is the supreme award conferred to the organization which implemented excellent quality management and achieved outstanding results in terms of quality, economics, and social benefits. ZTT, on the basis of receipt of Nantong Mayor Quality Award and Jiangsu Provincial Quality Award, firstly applied for National Quality Award in 2018, and finally passed the review and won National Quality Award upon strict qualification examination, data review, on-site evaluation, review committee review, online disclosure, approval of accreditation committee and collection of opinions from ministries concerned.
The quality is life rather than impractical promotion slogan, and it is the belief impressed in the hearts of ZTT people. It is precisely that consistent emphasis on quality management enables ZTT to achieve steady growth in the market, become a recognized leader in the industry and have annual revenue growth greater than 20%. ZTT successively implemented management standards, rectified, rooted and passed OHSAS18001 and SA8000 certifications, WCA humanity factory inspection, ISO14064 greenhouse gas emission management system certification, etc though actions from the implementation of QC quality management team, quality system certification of ISO 90001, execution of ISO series of standards to full coordination of high performance management models of stakeholders including the shareholder, supplier, partner, customer, employee and society, facilitating the great quality, high efficiency and green and sustainable development.
Current award with "National Quality Award" is an affirmation of the quality and comprehensive competitiveness of ZTT on national level and all walks of life. The approval on the application for the National Quality Award for the first time is undoubtedly an exciting event for the company. However, ZTT people understand that the honor of the award is the startup rather than the objective. Xue Jiping, expressed in the review stage that great fruits would be achieved no matter whether this declaration was passed or not, and the improvement orientation was realized in the aspects of strategy orientation, indicator management, organizational learning, customer demand and resources allocation through the performance management model, providing the support for the realization of the vision with “World-Class Brand, Centennial ZTT”.
ZTT will take this honor as a new starting point later in the future, treat the quality as the life and honesty as the foundation, and take “Global allocation of economic space for more qualitative growth” oriented, and practice “Two Upgrades and Two Extensions”, continuously moving forward from the excellence to the extraordinariness."
