Jiangsu, Dec 28th 2016, ZTT Group - leading global manufacturer of cable systems, celebrated Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway officially putting into operation with its section from Guiyang to Kunming. The whole line opening of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed rail marks the basic formation of high-speed rail network “4 length lines and 4 breadth lines” which is planned during earlier time, and has the significant meanings of improving regional traffic conditions and pushing the regional harmonious development. ZTT provided 1,698 kilometers of optical fiber cable and 16.5 kilometers of telecommunication cable, covered 107 kilometers of Leaky Coaxial Cable in the public network, and connected 1,342 kilometers of earth wire in this big project. ZTT provided the guarantee of product’s support and techniques for the opening and operation of the railway.
To meet the new needs of safe and reliable operations of the railway, ZTT is committed to build Chinese leading brand of high-speed rail cable for a long time. The technology of seamless integral forming of railway through ground wire, which was provided by ZTT, had strong corrosion resistance to external sheath and high reliability.
ZTT adopted new technology of physical foaming process to enhance shielding performance and reduce the crosstalk interference. ZTT control cable had broken the monopoly of foreign high power cables for EMU.
Mr. Bao Degui, General Manager of ZTT Rail Transit Division, said that rail transit industry had become a pillar industry of the Group. ZTT series solutions for fiber optic cable, leaky cable, etc. had been successfully used for major projects of Qinghai Tibet railway, Beijing-Guangzhou railway, Zhejiang-Jiangxi railway, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and so on.
